Shipping Policy
Processing & dispatch All orders are carefully checked, hand-packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Where possible, we aim for next working day dispatch. Each plant is packed with love to make sure it arrives safely and in the best possible condition.
To protect the welfare of your plants, we do not dispatch orders on Thursdays or Fridays. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch during extreme weather conditions to protect the health and safety of your plants in transit. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery We currently ship within the UK only. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24
- Larger orders are sent via DPD or a comparable tracked courier service
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or busy periods.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
No-ship days We do not dispatch on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or UK public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will begin processing the following Monday or next available business day.
Plants and transit We do everything we can to ensure your plant travels safely. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
